The hotel has a great location across from Golden Gate Park and offers excellent proximity to Haight/Ashbury & Golden Gate Park. The rooms were spacious but could use some renovation, and at times felt a bit cramped. The service was mixed, with some staff being amazing and accommodating, while others appeared disinterested. The dining options, although offering good coffee, were uninspired and with limited selection. The facilities were adequate, with a buffet-style dining area and the ability to make your own waffles.

I was a bit disappointed by the room as it wasn't as nice as I expected considering it was on a busy street, leading to some rush hour street noise. The service, however, was exceptional, with everyone being very nice and friendly, although there was a minor hiccup with my reservations. The location was great and convenient, especially if you're a fan of Golden Gate Park, but the breakfast selection was a bit lacking in variety.
